How to read the NFC South standings
The NFC South is one of the NFL's eight divisions, and its four teams are on this page. A division is won by the best record in it, and the winner takes one of the conference's top four playoff seeds regardless of how its record compares with the wild cards below it — which is why the division table, not the conference table, is the one that decides who hosts a playoff game.Before Week 1 there is nothing to rank, so the table is ordered by Kalshi's division-title market instead: the team the market thinks most likely to finish first is listed first. The number in the leftmost column is a market position, not a standing, and it becomes one as soon as games are played.The odds column is Kalshi's price that the team wins its division, as a percentage. It is a forecast of where the table finishes, so it can disagree with where the table stands today — a team leading by half a game in November can still be the second favorite, and comparing the two columns side by side is what this page is for.

The winner receives a playoff berth and one of the NFC's top four seeds, so it hosts a playoff game however its record compares with the wild cards.
What are market-implied odds to win the division?
